Facilitating access to health services and co-designing community-led solutions in Cameroon.
Authorized in 2022 and operational in Mbandjock Health District (Center) and ABO Health District (Littoral), COSUHS supports communities to identify challenges, take ownership, and lead lasting change.

Community Sustainable Health Solutions (COSUHS) is a non-profit dedicated to improving equitable access to health services through community engagement and evidence-based interventions.
We work through schools, faith groups, cultural events, and everyday touchpoints—meeting people where they are to co-create context-specific, effective solutions.
