Our Vision
Communities where everyone has equal access to health services and opportunities to live their full potentials
Who we are
Community Sustainable Health Solutions (COSUHS) is a non-profit dedicated to improving equitable access to health services through community engagement and evidence-based interventions.
We work through schools, faith groups, cultural events, and everyday touchpoints—meeting people where they are to co-create context-specific, effective solutions.
How we work
Partnering with communities
We listen first, then design with local leaders, schools, and trusted groups.
What we deliver
Practical health interventions
Programs grounded in research, adapted to real local needs and constraints.
Why it matters
More equitable access
Helping people get the right care at the right time—where they live.
How we work
Our approach
We start where people live and gather—then co-design practical, evidence-informed solutions that communities own and sustain.
- At market/shopping areas
- At family gatherings
- In faith-based groups/institutions
- During community/cultural events
- With traditional practitioners & birth attendants
- During farming, hunting, and other events
We co-create with residents, providers, and local leaders—ensuring ownership, trust, and lasting impact.
What this means in practice
Solutions are shaped by real community priorities and delivered through trusted channels—so adoption is higher and results last longer.
